My key role is to manage civil and building projects. Within my role I build strong relationships with Clients to ensure their requirements are always meet. I manage the project operations from the start to finish.
Aimee McCaughan
Technical Lead
My role provides civil design oversight, risk and documentation support, and cross‑team coordination. I also support 12d processes and quality assurance while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant project delivery.

Accounts Administrator
My role is all about keeping our financial side running smoothly. I take care of invoices, payments, and day‑to‑day accounting tasks, making sure everything is accurate, organised, and up to date. By keeping our records in good shape and our processes flowing, I help ensure the business stays on track and our team has the support they need.

Survey Manager
My role is to manage our survey team. We assist the wider team with undertaking topographic, set out, and as built survey requirements.

Civil Designer
My role involves overseeing our design team and ensuring we meet all project deliverables. We utilise 12d software to carry out the civil design tasks required for our projects.

Civil Design Technician
I work alongside our senior civil designer to ensure all our project deliverables are being met. I use our 12d software to provide civil design capabilities for our projects.
Nick Kilmartin-Smith
Project Technician
As a Civil Technician at Matanga Projects, I support the delivery of infrastructure projects through technical planning, site coordination, and quality assurance. My role involves working closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and executed efficiently on-site.
Seth Kirkpatrick
Survey Technician
As a Survey Technician at Matanga Projects, I carry out precise site measurements and data collection using tools like GPS & total stations. I process survey data with software such as 12d and TBC to produce accurate maps and layouts. My work supports the planning and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring everything is built to spec and aligned with design requirements.

Administrator
I focus on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our office and business. I also enjoy overseeing our website and coordinating communications to highlight our projects.
