Director
Managing the overall operations and success of the Company. My role includes management of our project team to deliver high quality projects for our Clients.
Andrew Denhaan
Director / Project Manager
My key role is to manage civil and building projects. Within my role I build strong relationships with Clients to ensure their requirements are always meet. I manage the project operations from the start to finish.
Chris McGeough
Project Manager
My role is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the project ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required timeframe. I am responsible for managing the teams, communicating with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders, and handling the planning scheduling and budgeting of the project.

Office Manager
I work alongside the project team and assist with their financial capabilities and ensuring all administration tasks are managed to help with delivery of our projects.

Survey Manager
My role is to manage our survey team. We assist the wider team with undertaking topographic, set out, and as built survey requirements.

Civil Design Technician
I work along side our senior civil designer to ensure all our project deliverables are being meet. I use our 12d software to provide civil design capabilities for our projects.

Survey Technician
As a Survey Technician at Matanga Projects, I carry out precise site measurements and data collection using tools like GPS & total stations. I process survey data with software such as 12d and TBC to produce accurate maps and layouts. My work supports the planning and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring everything is built to spec and aligned with design requirements.
Nick Kilmartin-Smith
Project Technician
As a Civil Technician at Matanga Projects, I support the delivery of infrastructure projects through technical planning, site coordination, and quality assurance. My role involves working closely with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and executed efficiently on-site.
