Mātanga Projects managed the resurfacing works on Lake Terrace in Taupō, working closely with HEB Construction who delivered the physical works on site. The project comprised approximately 25,000 m² of asphaltic concrete renewals using AC14 PMB, along with deep‑lift structural AC20 repairs in areas where pavement failure had occurred due to poor subgrade materials. The works restored pavement integrity, improved ride quality, and extended the service life of this key arterial route.
